  • We work by the job. Once a quote is given we stick by the number we give.

  • No! We do exterior and interor home and auto cleaning! Solar panels, gutter cleaning, roof washing, window cleaning, house cleaning, home organization, regular cleaning, deep cleaing, mobile car washing, auto detailing. The only things we don’t do are air duct cleaning and carpet cleaning.

  • No we do not.

  • Yes!

  • Yes, we can do “random” or what we call one time cleanings. We also do routine cleaning either weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or seasonal.

  • If your regular cleaning falls on a holiday we would reschedule it to another day. We take holiays off.

  • We do not work holidays.

  • Every day 9am to 5pm except for holidays.

  • We formed Clarity House Cleaning in 2024. The parent company Clarity Car Washing formed in 2021. Our team has a combined experience cleaning houses of 15+ years prior to starting Clarity House Cleaning.

  • We have not been fired from a house. We aim to satisfy with every cleaning! We also have a $1,000,000 insurance policy and $100,000 bond to cover any situation.

  • We are a new house cleaning company, however, we have received only 5 star reviews on our Yelp and Google review pages. However, our cleaning team collectively has 15+ years of experience accumulating hundreds of houses cleaned. We also work with the City of San Diego and local businesses offering fleet washing services with highly positive feedback.

  • No we do not currently do laundry.

  • We do not do dishes or empty the dishwasher, however for deep cleanings we will clean the inside of dishwashers.

  • No we do not do pet sitting on the side.

  • We politely request that all animals be placed in a separate room while we clean.

  • Kids are generally fine to be in the home, however we do ask they be in a separate room for safety concerns (slip and fall risks).

  • Yes! We carry a $1,000,000 insurance policy for exterior and interior home cleaning as well as a $100,000 bond. We also carry a $2,000,000 aggregate insurance policy for vehicles.

  • Absolutely! Our parent company Clarity Car Washing LLC’s business license secondary business activity states we are licensed for building and dwelling cleaning.

  • No, we do not defrost freezers. However, we do clean fridges with our deep cleaning service and upon request as an additional service

  • We use cleaning chemicals designed for each surface type or if the customer has a cleaning chemical they prefer, we can use that instead of our own that we bring.

  • Yes, we have our own vacuums! We are prohibited from using the customer’s vacuum due to our insurance policy rules.

  • Yes, we bring our own cleaning supplies.

  • Yep! We give you $20 off your next cleaning and your friend will get $20 off their cleaning as well! Win/Win!

  • Tip are always appreciated but not necessary!

  • We can clean the exterior of the hot tub, but not the interior.

  • If one of our cleaners gets sick we will have them take the day off. We do not think it is clean or hygienic to have one of our cleaning specialists potentially spread sickness to your home. We will try to cover their shift with either another cleaning specialist or a manager. Worst case scenario would be rescheduling the appointment.

  • Yes, when we book an appointmet we are blocking off that time specifically for you. When there is a last minute cancellation (24 hours or less notice) we have to charge a $50 cancellation fee to the card on file to cover some of our expenses.

  • If you will not be present for the appointment, we will need a key and the alarm code. If you are a routine cleaning client, we can supply you with a lockbox to store the key and alarm code. This lockbox number is changed periodically for privacy and safety concerns.

  • You can be home or at work during cleaning. If you are at work, we just need the key and alarm code if applicable.

  • There will usually be atleast 2 cleaning specialists for each appointment. For larger jobs we will have 3-6.

  • Yes, we carry commercial auto insurance on our vehicle, property damage insurance, worker’s compensation insurance, and we are bonded. Every part of the service is covered with insurance.

  • We are a family owned business which means we have known each other for many years and trust each other to the highest degree. For future new employes they wll be background checked , drug tested, and interviewed in person.

  • We carry a $100,000 bond and $1,000,000 insurance policy for damage. Items of limited monetary (under $100) and sentimetal value we will replace for free usually by online order and having it delivered to your home.

  • Yes, most chemicals we use are environmentally friendly. Some chemicals by nature are meant to kill mold and mildew (mainly on exterior of homes) which are biological organisms and the products we use are designed to kill these types of contaminants. In these few instances, it is not environmentally friendly but we will dispose of any waste properly. Our interior house cleaning chemicals are almost entirely environmentally friendly.

  • Never! Our lips are sealed. In cases where NDA’s are required, we are happy to do so. But we understand privacy is of great importance to our clients and we take it seriously regardless.

  • We show up usually within 15 minutes of the appointment time. If there is heavy traffic or an emergency comes up, we will let you know as soon as possible. As of writing we are over 90% on time (within 15 minutes of appointment time)

  • We have over 15+ years combined experience in cleaning homes and know which chemicals are safe. Not only this, but we carefully research each chemical and the manufacturer’s Safety Data Sheet to make sure it is safe for your home. Our method of cleaning involves 1. degreasing, 2. disinfecting, and 3. removing leftover residue.

  • As a professional cleaning company, we ae very proud to say we do not work under the table and pay our fair share in taxes.

  • Not at all! We will clean around you and not chat or listen to loud music. We will make sure you barely notice us.

  • Yes! Our payment processing company Square accepts all major credit cards. With a card on file, we can process payment without you needing to be there. Super convenient!

  • No we do not water indoor plants.

  • We ask that all toys or items be tidied up prior to our arrival for a deep or regular clean. If you would like this done, we can, but it will be an additional charge as “home organization”.
