Yes. Interior cleaning can be coordinated with windows, walls and siding, exterior flooring, decks, patios, outdoor furniture, solar panels, gutters, and other approved exterior areas.
What is included with interior house cleaning?
Interior service is customized to the property and may include kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living spaces, dusting, vacuuming, floor cleaning, surface care, and documented special instructions. Oven and refrigerator deep cleaning can be added when needed.
Do recurring house-cleaning clients receive a free car wash?
Yes. Active recurring house-cleaning clients receive one exterior vehicle wash each month at no additional charge.
Do you pressure wash every exterior surface?
No. The cleaning method is matched to the surface. Durable hardscape may be power washed, while siding, finishes, furniture, fixtures, and solar panels may require lower-pressure or specialized methods.
How is home cleaning priced?
Pricing depends on the services selected, home size, materials, condition, access, height, measurements, special instructions, and whether the work is one-time or recurring.
Do I need to be home during service?
Not always. Many services can be completed without the homeowner present once entry, gates, water access, pets, alarms, and special instructions are confirmed.
What insurance does Clarity carry?
Clarity carries $1 million general liability, $2 million aggregate, $1 million auto, $1 million workers’ compensation, and a $150,000 surety bond. Certificates can be provided when needed.
