Choose one or more task groups for the assistant. Default hourly rates are prefilled, but can be adjusted before generating the proposal. Pricing is based on the highest-level task group included.

Selected task group boxes are highlighted for clarity. Clients can choose only one group of tasks, or combine multiple groups. If additional support is needed later, they can reach out to Clarity for an updated quote.

Add optional fixed monthly costs, pass-through reimbursements, recurring supplies, or special project charges. Errand mileage is billed separately at $1/mile and tracked through software.
